Sessions will focus on the key backwards movement concepts for defensive hockey athletes in both open space, and small spaces where evasive movement is needed
The above concepts will then be applied in game relevant situational and small area patterns such as defensive escapes in the neutral zone and defensive zone, line walks and creation of offense in the offensive zone etc.
