PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

5 Day Format (1 Hour per Day)

Monday August 21st through Friday August 25th

Experience individually focused feedback!

- Build agility and evasive skating capability
- Enhance speed in forward and backward skating including linear crossovers
- Improve crossunders for more speed
- Puck control through movement sequences
- Conditioning
- 4-1 Player to Coach Ratio with a maximum of 12 players on the ice
 

$375 + GST

Note:  Athletes will be divided into two groups based on age and level of play once registration is closed.  Sessions will be 1 hour during this time block.
