PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:  

5 Day Format (1 Hour per Day)

Experience individually focused feedback!

- Build agility and evasive skating capability
- Enhance speed in forward and backward skating including linear crossovers
- Improve crossunders for more speed
- Puck control through movement sequences
- Conditioning
- 4-1 Player to Coach Ratio with a maximum of 12 players on the ice

Refer to drop down for athlete birth years and times for all camps:
  • August 18-22nd @ Springbank Arena
  • August 25-29th @ Triwood Community Arena

Starting at $425 + GST (75 min sessions in Springbank are $530)
