Sessions will focus on optimizing the key components of front stride such as glide, stride length, direction of push, glide foot edge roll, center of mass position, and stability on the base of support. We will also focus on linear crossover improvement for neutral zone attack optimization
Each session will have some variation, but in order to re-map front stride, repetition is key. This program will allow the athletes to repeat key concepts consistently so optimization of stride and overall speed improvement can occur.
15 athletes maximum on the ice, with a 5:1 athlete to coach ratio.

Note: Athletes will have a fifteen-minute break between each hour and are encouraged to bring water, snacks, and other necessities.
